As the DAS, I am responsible for the on-boarding process for agents, both experienced and new. My position consists of holding weekly agent orientations, and one-on-one’s with experienced agents coming on board, assisting with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD launch coordination, and many other activities throughout the year.
